Sample Menu
As the seasons change and different produce becomes available, our menu will change. Following are a selection of sample items that you might see on a menu during our current season. Menus will change weekly to reflect these new, delicious seasonal items. Please note that not every item will be available daily though we do our very best.

Soba Noodle Salad Organic Japanese soba noodles (buckwheat noodles), spinach, rainbow carrots, and chioggia beets all tossed in a sesame soy dressing and topped with spicy radish sprout. Served chilled, fresh and nutrition packed, this delicious lunch is vegan or you can add fresh Oceanwise sockeye salmon or organic chicken. |
Caviar Kale Kale, a powerhouse in the world of greens, shredded then massaged lovingly with lemon, and olive oil. Tossed with caviar (beluga lentils), roasted butternut squash and red beet. All topped off with a light vinaigrette. This seasonal salad will make you fall in love with winter. Add a boiled egg or chicken for some extra protein. |
Bangkok Quinoa Salad Thai quinoa and millet salad with cabbage, rainbow carrots, kohlrabi, red onions, cilantro and tossed with a ginger almond lime dressing. Topped with cayenne, cumin and paprika dusted crunchy roasted chickpeas and crushed roasted local hazelnuts. Full of Thai flavours, this salad is vegan and packs a zesty punch. Also available with chicken. |

Strawberry Fields Forever Delectable strawberries from Shalefield Organic Gardens, mixed greens, toasted millet, chiffonade mint and basil, topped with crushed hazelnuts and Farm House feta cheese, simple but fresh lemon vinaigrette dressing completes this masterpiece. Wishing the strawberry season was forever. |
Forbidden Rice Bowl Nutrient rich forbidden black rice, pan-fried tamari seasoned firm tofu, shredded carrots and cucumber and paper thin sliced radishes highlighted by a miso-sesame oil dressing, served chilled. Also know as longevity rice, it was reserved for emperors of China...eat like an emperor. |
Kyoto Zen Cropthorne Farms famous mixed greens, marinated shiitake mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, and rainbow carrot, served with the best sesame-miso vinaigrette ever made. Toasted sesame seed and fresh radish complete this artfully zen jewel of a salad that will keep you coming back for more. |
